From a simple rigid cover in coloured PVC 0.3 mm thick and with or without flaps, to covers made in expanded material 1-1.5 mm thick and lined with cardboard. Our book jackets or outer covers, meanwhile, are made in rigid transparent PVC or PET with a thickness of 0.15 to 0.5 mm, depending on size and requirements. The fold lines must be made with great care, so that they facilitate insertion of the book and do not become a breakage point. All materials used in the manufacture of Saldoplast covers and cases is top quality PVC or PET, and highly durable. We offer multiple printing options, from hot pressing for covers to screen, offset or four-colour printing. All presses for our book covers and cases are made by our partners, specialists in the customisation of plastic materials.
